A MATTER OF TRUSTAn Exploration Of The Nature Of Trust It is difficult to visualize effective Business happening where Trust is not present. Productivity and therefore Profit is directly affected by the amount of Trust that there is between the various strata of the Organisation. Is Trust something that we simply have to wait to happen or can we be more proactive in creating an atmosphere of Trust? This intervention is aimed directly at dealing with these delicate issues.
